Documented condition and risk, classified and dated, never published as unverified fact.

Citizen submissions

Public contributions accepted only through a private moderation queue.

How contributions will be handled

Submission → private review → metadata & date check → legal & factual classification → moderator approval → publication

Moderation comes first: nothing is published without review, and unverified material is never presented as established fact.
